About

About Harmony Health DPC, we believe healthcare works best when it is built on time, trust, and genuine listening. Our practice was created to return medicine to what it always meant to be: personal, thoughtful, and centered on the whole person.

I am a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over eight years of experience caring for patients in both primary care and nursing home settings. I care deeply for adults and older adults and value long-term relationships that allow me to truly understand each patient's medical history, goals, and life circumstances.

Over time, I came to appreciate how meaningful it is for patients to have unhurried visits, continuity, and a strong relationship with their physician. Direct Primary Care (DPC) allows me to focus on prevention, thoughtful chronic disease management, and long-term relationships with my patients.

I recently moved with my family to Northern Virginia, where I live with my husband and daughter. Harmony Health DPC was founded with the vision of creating a calm, supportive medical home where patients feel respected, understood, and cared for at every stage of life.

At Harmony Health DPC, you are not a number-you are a person.
